Business Fees
My Standard Hourly Rate is £45 an hour. This rate assumes payment within 30 days of invoice date.
Invoices settled either at the time of presentation or within 10 days may be discounted 10% as per the 'Pay this amount before ...' total near the foot of the invoice.
I apply a flat rate callout charge of £20 to all calls of three hours or less in duration to cover travel time and expense. This applies to any visits to your premises within the London area. Calls made outside London are by negotiation. I waive the callout charge for visits within walking distance/short bus ride of my office space - which is currently in Herne Hill, London SE24.
A one hour minimum applies to all 'on site' visits. In effect, a one hour call costs £65 and a two hour call is £105.
Some of my work is inevitably conducted 'off site' at my place of business. My rate for this work is £40 an hour. Needless to say, the callout charge does not apply.
Telephone support is available at £10 per quarter hour period.
Email support is also available and I bill using the telephone support rate.
If you have a specific, well defined project and would like an 'all in' fixed price, I am willing to provide a quotation.
